What the statuses mean

The normal run, from booking to doorstep

   Booked for pickup

   A courier has been assigned to collect this parcel.

2. 02
   Picked up

   The parcel has been collected from the pickup address.

3. 03
   At sorting centre

   The parcel is being sorted for onward movement.

4. 04
   In transit

   The parcel is moving towards the delivery city.

5. 05
   Out for delivery

   A courier is delivering the parcel today.

6. 06
   Delivered

   The parcel reached the recipient.

When something is different

Awaiting payment

Booked. Pickup starts once payment is confirmed.

On hold

Movement is paused. Our team will contact the sender.

Returned to sender

The parcel was sent back to the pickup address.

Cancelled

This booking was cancelled and will not be collected.
