The rejection note tells you why, for example an amount that does not match. You can submit a corrected payment against the same shipment.
A base fee for the service you pick, plus a rate per kilogram billed in half-kilogram steps, plus optional cover charged on the value you declare.
Yes. Declare the value when booking so cover is added, and describe the contents accurately so the parcel is handled correctly.
The courier releases the parcel to the recipient named on the booking. Tell the support desk in advance if that needs to change.
